Yes, we know... You want to recover and get back into form quick. Well, we’ll work on rebuilding the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, relieving common postpartum aches and pains, increasing metabolism for weight loss (as well as burning some extra fat), detoxifying, rebalancing your body chemistry, re-owning the navel center, treating postpartum depression, and in general, repair the wear and tear of pregnancy, labor and delivery. That is going to take some fixing, but it can be done, and we will do it quick. What’s best, Mom and Baby Yoga you practice together with your baby. What a better way to spend time together!
