Sculpt your ideal body, subjugate the mind, and set yourself free in this three-hour yoga feast composed of three finest forms of Hatha Yoga followed by a deep guided relaxation.

On a yoga intensive, we start with a classic, limbering-up yoga class, which is followed by a vigorous and challenging Forceful Yoga™ workout. The third segment consists of an unbroken flow of postures known as Sarvanga Yoga™ (lit. ‘whole-body yoga’). We finish with an ancient tantric technique of inducing a state of complete relaxation called yoga nidra (a.k.a. ‘yogic sleep’), unrivalled in getting rid of muscular tension, fatigue, hypertension, insomnia, irritability, anxiety and depression.
People who’ve taken our yoga intensives know they are always different, plus you get to learn a bunch of powerful yogic and tantric techniques we don’t normally teach in public classes.
