Conscious Connected Breathing:
What It Is, What It Does
Did you know that breathing can free you from past hurts and release your full energy and ability? This method will teach you how to plug into the inexhaustible reservoir of power and happiness hidden deep inside you, and draw from it endlessly.
What it is
A breathing pattern. Syntactically simple and natural but semantically beyond powerful. Safe. Gentle, rapid and extremely effective. More pleasurable than food or sex. Can be learned in a few hours. 7 times faster than anapanasati yoga,1 at least 30 times faster than psychoanalysis.2 But you shall only believe it when you see it for yourself.
What it does
-
Charges the body with energy, fills life with zest.
-
Oxygenates, detoxifies, purifies, regenerates, rejuvenates, and heals.
-
Throws out impurities and toxins.
-
Heals, repairs, and frees the breathing mechanism.
-
Dissolves tensions and habitual muscular holdings, releases blocks, and restores the free flow of life energy.
-
Induces total relaxation ("nowhere to go, nothing to do").
-
Activates and integrates suppressed feelings and emotions. Hurts and mental problems get healed. Compulsions, phobias and complexes included.
-
Emotional barriers to spontaneity and intimacy are being removed.
-
Provokes the surfacing of, reliving, and the integration of only partly experienced, undigested, subconscious material, thus eliminating the hidden influences that drive people into irrational, neurotic behavior, resolving inner conflicts, and ending self-sabotage.
-
Cures the birth trauma.
-
Combined with simple dehypnosis3 methods and/or Mind Clearing,3 clears fixed attitudes and limiting, self-defeating beliefs,4 and thereby increases your ability and power. Consequently, you are freed from habitual ways of relating,5 and your relationships with others improve considerably.
-
Peace, bliss, and insight are but natural, effortless outcomes. Direct experiences of the true nature of self, life, and another happen just along the way—sometimes half-knowingly, sometimes in their full splendor.
In short, you get everything you get from psychoanalysis, primal therapy, meditation, etc.—to mention just a few—only faster, more consistently, and on a far deeper level; plus you come to realize who you really are and what all this is.8
Are you breathing? Well, try our Conscious Connected Breathing course to find out. Usually it is held monthly.
Breathe! You want burning.
Notes
- 1
- Breath awareness; the yoga, or ‘union,’ of the incoming and outgoing breath. One of the most advanced, yet simplest, meditation/enlightenment methods, originated and developed by the Buddha 2.5 thousand years ago. Can fairly be compared only to the 112 answers given by Shiva (see Vijnana Bhairava Tantra).
- 2
- These figures and comparisons are for illustration purposes only and are based on the approximate time factor involved in producing the analogous results. However, Conscious Connected Breathing as refined by Yogendra goes farther than any other parallel method.

- 4
- “I am no good,” “Nobody wants me,” etc. would be examples of these.
- 5
- By default, automatic, unconscious and compulsory.
- 6
- Literally ‘coiled.’ Often rendered into English as “serpent power,” it denotes the ‘primal’ or ‘evolutionary energy.’ (Compare prana, ‘the life energy.’)
- 7
- Natural selection can bring about only adaptation. Evolution is the function of the kundalini burning, make no mistake about it.
- 8
- The Buddha said, “All this is suffering.” We say, “All this is God.” To try and experience these absolute truths for yourself, directly, in a three-day period (yes, you read it right), inquire about the Enlightenment Intensives.
