Forceful Yoga: A Short Explanation of Everything (Almost)

It’s been praised as “the fastest-acting, most powerful yoga known to man” and denounced as “dangerous.” But why take other people’s word for it? Try it on for size >

Twenty-four times faster

We’ve tested this yoga, and we’ve compared it to other yogas. This yoga is about twenty-four times more rapid in producing results than ordinary yogas. Normal yogas just take decades.

Unlock your true potential and stimulate all body systems faster and easier than you ever thought possible.

Hatha Yoga has long ago demonstrated that evolution can occur so rapidly that bodily changes emerge in as little as a dozen years. However, structural, functional and biochemical changes routinely appear in a matter of months. In Forceful Yoga™ this rate of evolutionary change over time is accelerated approximately twenty-four times, that is to say, what a Hatha yogi is able to achieve in twelve years, in Forceful Yoga™ can be accomplished in six months or less. However, Forceful Yoga™ is much more strenuous and physically demanding than the classical Hatha. A turn-off for some people, regrettably.

A matter of balance

Now, let’s go over the basics. Going in and out of a posture repeatedly without holding is called movement. Going from one extreme to the other within a single pose, again repeatedly and without holding, is also known as movement. Staying in a posture without movement, and relaxing into it, is named holding. Going fluidly from one posture to another without resting is termed flow. Every movement, holding and flow is breath-synchronized, that is, accompanied with a specific breathing rhythm and pattern. Letting go between the postures is called rest. In Forceful Yoga™ there is a perfect balance of movement, holding, flow and rest.

In addition to postures (asanas) and breathing patterns (pranayamas), we also, where appropriate, make use of various bodily locks (mudras) and contractions (bandhas), as well as sacred sounds (mantras), concentration, visualization, etc.—thus further increasing the effectiveness of “exercises.”

No exercise can replace yoga

Both movement and flow increase blood circulation and metabolism, and move the toxins—the result of cell metabolism—outside the cell walls, but it is during holding, and rest, and breathing, that the toxins are actually removed from the body. No exercise by itself can replace yoga. Now, movement, flow and holding, they all stretch and contract the muscles, thus toning, shaping and purifying them, but again, it is while holding, resting and breathing that the tension that was held in the body is released. It goes without saying that breathing charges the body with life energy and alters your physical, emotional and mental state practically immediately. But this is far from where the story ends. Not only is the entire body re-formed and the functioning of all the organs and systems of the body improved, but also these postures create intense energy flows that heal, even in a matter of days or weeks, many physical, emotional and mental illnesses.

On the biochemical level, there’s almost a total resistance to disease and an upsurge of endogenous ecstasy neurotransmitters (causing extreme happiness). Finally, genetic defects are repaired and the autonomic nervous system is subjected to the control of the will. Psychic phenomena and supernatural powers mentioned in the yogic scriptures abound.

In classical Hatha, it typically takes years of long, committed practice just to awaken the kundalini force (evolutionary energy; the sole agent or cause of evolution and enlightenment; “This... created the body, cell by cell, like bees building a honeycomb. The universe and the human body grew from this, not this from the universe and the human body.”—Rumi). And mind you, before kundalini is awakened, the real Yoga hasn’t even started yet. Through Forceful Yoga™ however, kundalini can be awakened in a matter of weeks. Why take a cart when a spaceship costs the same?

Want to change but don’t know how?

A word of caution, though. We said elsewhere that this yoga is done “forcibly,” that is, “against one’s will.” In actual fact, it’s done against one’s ego, against one’s limitations, shortcomings and weaknesses. However, when you come close to a breakthrough, you will have some kind of reaction. Something or other will come up to make you feel like not continuing the exercise. Or you’ll just feel you can’t get through it. You’ll want to quit. Don’t get stuck there. Ignore the excuses of the body and mind, endure the reactions, and keep on “exercising”—even when it seems to you that it’ll do you no good to do so. Especially then. If you wanted to change but you didn’t know how, keep up—these are the magical words.
