Relaxation is non-doing
Did you know...
...that relaxation is not something that you can do, really? The more you try to relax, the more tense you get. That’s why in hatha yoga there is an exercise in which one tenses every muscle in the body and then releases the clench and ends up relaxed.
You cannot relax by trying or doing. Relaxation is always passive; the very nature of it is non-doing.
